This award-winning and growing Employment and Industrial Relations team is looking to recruit a senior lawyer with a
strong track record of experience in industrial relations law. You will have in depth knowledge and experience of matters
such as the Fair Work Act and the Award Modernisation process, IR strategy, enterprise bargaining, collective agreements,
industrial action (strikes, lockouts etc) as well as a history of having advised and represented clients in unfair and
unlawful dismissal claims and knowledge and experience of the industrial relations issues arising out of M&A
transactions. You will have the opportunity to work alongside the group's leading partners in advising private and public
sector clients across a broad range of industries, including higher education, energy and resources, health and aged care,
